Igloo FAQs

  • The igloos are located at the front entrance of The Moseley. When you arrive, simply quote your booking name, and our friendly staff will take you to your igloo.

  • The Moseley Igloos are open 11am - late from May 2 - September 7, 2025.

  • Yes, bookings are essential to guarantee a spot in the igloos.

  • Not at all! Both of our igloos have electric fireplaces and blankets to keep you nice and warm.

 
 

Booking Information

  • All bookings must be made online. To book an igloo, click here.

    Bookings are for 2.5 hours with the following session times available:

    11am - 1:30 | 2pm - 4:30 | 5pm - 7:30 | 8pm - late

  • All bookings include table service from your dedicated igloo wait staff. Both igloos have their own fireplace, plus a Bluetooth speaker so you can play your own music.

  • Monday - Thursday: $150 minimum spend

    Friday - Sunday: $300 minimum spend

    The minimum spend is paid upfront when you book. The amount paid to secure your booking will in return be used as a bar tab for food and beverages during your igloo session. Any additional spend over the amount paid is settled at the end of your booking.

  • If you need to cancel and would like a refund please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your booking.

    Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be refunded.

  • If you arrive late to your booking that is okay, however, you will have less time to enjoy your igloo experience. Please note you must arrive within one hour of your booking time, and your session will still end at your allocated finish time.

  • If you would like to reschedule, please e-mail bookings@themoseley.com.au or call us on 8295 3966.

    While we will try our best to reschedule your booking, we cannot guarantee that a timeslot will be available.

 

Menus

  • Please inform our staff of any allergies or dietary requirements. Any special requests or dietary requirements made will be catered for as best as possible, however, please be aware that while some meals are free of allergens, we cannot guarantee that any dish is 100% free of any allergens.

    There may be traces of gluten, nuts or nut oils or food may have been alongside/on machinery that may have products containing allergens.

  • To change your menu selection, simply contact us before your booking to let us know.

  • Yes we do! Our kids meals are in our a la carte menu.

 

Policies

  • The Moseley Igloos are family friendly, with food and drink options available for your little ones.

    Please note minors and children must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

  • Neat dress is required at all times. Management reserves the right to refuse entry based on consideration of the dress code. ID may be required and strict RSA applies. Management reserves the right to refuse service and entry.

  • Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in The Moseley Igloos.

  • The igloos are very weather proof, and remain open even if it’s raining. In fact, the igloos are almost more magical in the rain.

  • Unfortunately, it’s strictly no BYO due to licensing restrictions outside of our venue.
